General Search?

  • General Search provides you with simple and easy-to-use interface and access to the information based on words, names or numbers.
    • Keyword search allows you to use keyword translation (cross-lingual retrieval) function, to target your search only on the trademark names and to limit the range of your search (entire database,?recent 1-5 years or recent 10 years)

    • Number search allows you to select the type of marks (trademark, service mark and business emblem, etc), the year and enter number.

Item search

  • Advanced Search allows you to specify range of search for each field based on keywords, numbers, dates and names, and/or any combination of these fields for quicker access to the information.
    • 16 fields including trademark name, int. registration number, classification, similar group or name fields, etc.

    • You can specify type of trademark (character or figure), kind of right (trademark, service mark, and business emblem, etc.) or administrative status (filed, refused, and registered)
